Each player strives for the closest combined distance from the pin from a golf shot, throwing a baseball and kicking a soccer ball. Players are ranked for each event and the total of all their ranks determines the overall ranking for the combine.

• A flag is placed in a field. Players play from behind a common line.
• Each player takes a single golf shot to get closest to the pin. Once all players have gone, the distances are measured and recorded.
• All players simultaneously throw a baseball to get closest to the pin. The distances are measured and recorded.
• Each player takes a single kick of a soccer ball to get closest to the pin. Once all players have gone, the distances are measured and recorded.
• The total sum of distances from the golf shot, baseball throw, and soccer kick are figured for each player. Players are ranked shortest distance (best) to farthest distance (worst).

Teams of two in groups of four play 9 holes of "best-ball" frisbee golf. Teams are ranked by lowest score.

• Each team of two must use at least 3 drives from each player
• Team's play the best throw from each position
• Each player gets a single disc to play the entire 9-Holes
• Disc must land in the basket and remain there; bounce outs count as an extra stroke

Each player selects a single disc to user for all 9 holes.
